Costs

$1970 per participant, with a minimum of 8 participants per group.

Price includes all materials, all telephone coaching, one face-to-face coaching session (1.5 hours duration) and all workshops. Workshops are typically conducted on-site and the cost of refreshments are borne by your organization.

There are 6 x 1 full-day workshops spread across 6 to 8 months.

Participants receive a folder with a workbook containing the six modules culminating in around 500 pages, plus a ‘Strategic Work/Life Success Plan’ to keep people on track and committed.

Teaching style:

Interactive workshops, seminars and experiential learning through completion of assignments based on real-life situations. Detailed feedback is provided for each assignment and each participant will have a personal coach to ensure that they receive personalized attention and encouragement. Most coaching will be by telephone and one face-to-face coaching will be provided to each participant at a mutually agreed time. The feedback is then formalized to produce a Strategic Work/Life Success Plan.
